I eat about a 1/2 cup of this yogurt every day for lunch and, after trying many different brands, I really think it is the best on the market. It is actually made locally here in Oregon, but is distributed nationwide. I like to sweeten it with a little Splenda or fresh fruit. Or - if I'm wanting more of a dessert-esque treat, I pour a little bit of real maple syrup on top. Yum.
When it comes to lunch, I like to bring my own and keep it simple. Truth be told, I basically have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich most days (with yogurt and string cheese) and I love to eat it on these wheat sandwich thins. They are tasty, freeze amazingly well (so I stock up when they go on sale) and only 100 calories.
Please excuse this photo. Taken with iPhone. This is the best instant oatmeal I have found (thanks Trader Joe's). I like to keep it with me at work and eat it as a snack on days when I am working long, long hours and find myself starving at 5pm. It is low fat, low sodium, whole grain, full of heart healthy flax seeds, and perfectly sweetened.

I know I already mentioned yogurt, but I see this more as a dessert. Lately I have been buying this Chocolate Mousse flavor and sticking it in the freezer. Then, at night when I am craving something sweet, I reach for this. Is it as good as real chocolate ice cream? No it is not. Is it a good dessert alternative? I think so.
What about you? Any good grocery store finds lately?
so you. Nancy's just reminds me of Eugene, it's so good- especially plain... yummmmmmmm. I want to try those 100 things. And you should eat the ice cream I left over at your place, it was nummy.
